Can microorganisms teach us about sustainable living? Can fermentation be a method for re-imagining sustainable human cultures to help us deal with the many challenges we are now facing in the world? In this workshop you will meet: – Groundbreaking bacterial cultures – An emigrated but returned rømmekolle culture – Learn to ferment weeds and waste food that would otherwise be thrown away – Eat a delicious soup with nice people whilst hearing about Russian self-sufficiency and fermenting practices.
