I spent another week in Øst-Finnmark in North Norway to collect more stories about rømmekolle, the fermented milk culture unique to Norway originally cultured from leaves of Butterworth. Met some wonderful people  sharing their rømmekolle stories and served home made rømmekolle made with milk from Ivar Øverli at the summer fair at Svanhovd. Thank you Pikene på Broen for yet another well organised and interesting residency.
