“Can the process of fermentation provide a model for re-imagining sustainable and thriving human cultures and inspire new ways of collaborating to cope with the many challenges we are now facing in the world? Learn how to become a cultural activist by reclaiming culture that has been lost and homogenized.”

The “Rømmekolle pop-ip café” in Murmansk, North Russia, was a two day event to explore cross cultural sharing and fermentation through conversations and microbial sharing.

Rømmekolle milk culture was tasted and shared with the passers by and many interesting and profound conversations took place at the café venue in Murmansk.
